you are only puchasing a digital file not physical material

personal use it means the Commissioner may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Artist.

all my prices are base prices, it can increasing depending how detail your character and background.

you will receive the full-size artwork by googledrive ,be sure to save anywhere safe, i do not take responsibility if you lose the files. you cannot request refund .

as an artist , I always trying a new things in order to improve my art.there might be slight differences between the sample in my gallery and the artwork you will receive. please keep that in mind.

The Artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. The Commissioner may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork. The Artist has the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to, prints, merchandise, and online portfolios.

you can upload the artwork on your social medias, as long as you credit me as the artist

you can print the artwork as a keychain,poster,etc as long as it is for your personal use not profiting from it

do not use my art for NFT / AI

you can not make changes to the artwork BY YOUR SELF ,Promote yourself using the commissioned artwork without Commercial License.

by commissioning me you agree to these Terms of Service

as the designer i will always have all right to the design,the original artwork, and the right to promote myself using the original artwork.

as customer ,you may give the design a name,personality,story,etc for your personal use.

if you resell my design please contactme and tell me who the new owner.

i only accept paypal as a payment method and the currency is USD

full payment before i start working on your orders

i will need your email to send the invoice

don't send any payment until i have accepted your commission and requested you to pay

payment must be sent within 48 hours after being solicited,otherwise your order meyba canceled or move to the last queue

you can not request 100% refund, except the artist have a problem /situation that can't finish your order

if commissioner doesn't satisfied theres no refunds! please do not approve when you are not satisfied with the color/pose in colored sketch state!!!

first i'll contacting you to discuss with your order.

after i get the payment i'll start the sketch, sometimes i'll make more than 1 pose and you can pick which one you want

i'll send you colored sketch , you can request to change the color in this part

once i start the Line-art you can't request to change the pose,or background.

you will receive an update sketch, colored sketch,lineart

The time for completion of the piece varies depending on complexity,order of commission,health.

once the art is finished,small changes (color adjusment,add small details, fixing mistake) could be done for free

any large changes (e.g., clothing changes,pose,background,color) will be charged extra 2x. please ensure to review the initial WIP previews properly

I work really slow, so it will takes time to finish artwork

change should be made during sketch and colored sketch, after that, it is subject to extra charges

if there will be a big delay i'll always contact you

if you commission me you agree that you'll have to wait for your commission to be finished is 3 months. its not common, but it can happen, if something unusual happens, and i will stay in touch with you

you can give me deadline (but it will charge more)

you don't have to pay anything to be on the waitlist

you can give up your oder or ask to be removed from the waitlist anytime.

don't ghost me when i DM you telling its your turn, if you don't want commission me anymore its really okay, just tell me.
